Alexander Hogeveen Rutter is the Private Sector Specialist at the International Solar Alliance where he leads ISA’s engagement with private sector financiers, developers and manufacturers. Previously he led IFC’s work in developing Asia on Energy Storage and Green Hydrogen. He holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business and degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo. He is the proud father of three children.
