I have 30 years of experience in business/project management in the transport and high technology industry.

I have an engineering degree from Sup Telecom (a specialised Information & Communication Technology University) in France as well as a PhD in Fibre Optics for Telecom Network.

I first started my career as a design engineer with Thales Optronics in 1990 where I developed a technical background. I then moved on to work for a start-up company in the space telecommunications industry as the Project Director for large account customers where I enjoyed short lifecycle projects.

After those two very exciting professional experiences, I made a career switch into the transportation industry. Between 1996 and 2002, I was the head of Interiors Computer Department for Valeo Automotive Company. In this role, I was responsible deliver large projects for Renault, Peugeot, Opel, VW, BMW, etc.

I joined Alstom in 2002 and was appointed Managing Director in Lyon (France) dealing with new solutions for railway signalling (ETCS, CBTC new generation, conventional signalling) from strategy, R&D down to product and project execution as well as manufacturing.

In 2005 I became the Global Railways/ERTMS Vice-President where I handled the development of the ERTMS standard and deployment of ERTMS in projects such as Roma/Napoli in Italy, European Corridors (Germany, Netherlands, Belgium…), and CTCS standard in China for both high speed and main lines.

In 2008, I took on the role as Managing Director, Asia & Australasia for Alstom based in Singapore until joining Invensys Rail in January 2011. In this role, I was responsible to develop and deliver projects for mass transit and mainline for key customers such as LTA (Singapore), DORTS (Taiwan), DOT (Aus.), Shentong, DMRC…

Since January 2011, as Asia Pacific CEO and Singapore CEO for Siemens Mobility, I am in charge to insure that we develop our business footprint (across all the Mobility Verticals as well as in new digital application) in all key markets such as South-East Asia (Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand), Australia and India
