Pankaj Sahni is the Group Chief Executive Officer of the Medanta Group of Hospitals. He oversees all hospital operations, and guides the overall strategy and growth of the organization. For over a decade, he has been involved in every aspect of operations across all Medanta hospitals and clinics present across 7 cities.

Prior to joining Medanta, Pankaj was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company. He worked in their New Delhi and New York offices where he serviced clients in diverse sectors in areas of corporate growth strategy, cost effectiveness, post-merger management, operational efficiency, business building and outsourcing/offshoring. Before joining McKinsey, Pankaj worked with Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young in their New Delhi offices.
Pankaj holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and a B.A. in Mathematics from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University. He is also a qualified Chartered Accountant.
